2006 - OSHA concluded ART is “massage” regardless of the professional status of the provider

2019 - OSHA clarified the provider does NOT have to be ART certified to provide soft tissue massage

📣Communication 
Get in the practice of having the employer, employee, and provider speak often together.

Document appointments, emails, texts

Talk about why first aid services are helpful and that the employee has every right to ask to see a medical provider.
