About Us

Meet the Brains

The Movement Ninja

Hi, I'm Lori, the Chief Movement Geek. After having a private business providing sports massage therapy and strength coaching, I ended up  in the world of Industrial Safety, Ergonomics & Health.

I love and respect the hard working men and women that make this first world country thrive. From construction to oil & gas and from manufacturing to emergency responders, our knowledge of biomechanics and movement compliment the world of safety & health to provide an unconventional approach to injury prevention.
When not inspiring blue collar ninjas, I'm running around with my husband, 3 kids and 3 dogs.

I love to speak on disrupting, innovating, and inspiring better movement.

It takes a special culture to thrive with us. Schedule a consultation to see if our athletic, ninja approach is the right fit for your workforce.
